The 22-year-old Scotland U21 internationalist left Ibrox to sign for the West Lothian outfit on a three-year-deal.

He was on the substitute's bench for Livingston in their 1–0 win over Hearts yesterday.

Kelly arrived at Ross County during the 2020/21 season on loan from Rangers featuring 29 times for the Staggies helping them finish in 10th place.

Last season Kelly played for Rangers and Rangers B before he moved south to Salford City on loan for the second half of the campaign where he made 21 appearances.

Kelly has been capped 20 times from U16 to U21 level for Scotland.
