Former Inverness Craig Dunain player in Scotland squad for new WXV Series

FORMER Inverness Craig Dunain player Jade Konkel has been called up to the Scotland squad to play in the new WXV 2 Series which starts next weekend.

The new annual competition is like a Nations League style format consisting of three divisions to give the opportunity of more competitive matches.

Scotland are in WXV2 which is the second division.

All matches will take place in South Africa, with Scotland taking on the hosts on Friday, October 13.

Scotland will also face United States on Friday, October 20 and take on Japan on Friday, October 27.
