One ex-Ross County defender has joined former English Premier League winners Leicester City in a transfer reported to be worth £15 million.

Harry Souttar spent the second half of the 2017/18 season on loan in Dingwall after being brought to the club by Owen Coyle, making 13 appearances for the Staggies.

He then went on to become a regular member of parent club Stoke City's side, making 70 appearances across all competitions over the last two and-a-half seasons.

Souttar caught the eye with impressive performances for Australia, eligible to represent the Socceroos through his mother Heather who was born in Port Hedland, at the World Cup in Qatar.

The 24-year-old had also taken part in the Tokyo Olympics for the Aussies, and has clearly done enough to convince former Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers to bring him to Leicester.
