Dream derby scenario for ICT's Mackay

Daniel Mackay says that scoring the winning goal in tomorrow’s Highland derby would be the stuff of dreams.

The 17-year-old grew up as an Inverness Caledonian Thistle fan, and came through the club’s youth system before graduating to the first team last season.

And fresh off the back of starting a league match for the first time, Mackay is looking to make an impact in his first derby match on home soil.

“Hopefully I get on or start again, that would be ideal,” he said.

“Obviously I used to watch these games as a youngster and think I would love to be a part of that. I used to sit on my bed and think if I score in a derby it would be amazing."
