Doran wants to talk players out of losing

Aaron Doran is looking to make his voice heard as vice-captain to make sure Inverness Caledonian Thistle never find themselves in the same situation as they did in the 5-0 thrashing at Hearts.
Inverness were knocked out of the Betfred Cup on Sunday after they capitulated at Tynecastle despite going into the game as group leaders and could have qualified if they only lost by three goals.

Doran (27) says the defeat was down to a lack of communication and after being appointed vice-captain he says will look to be a better leader for his team mates.
