The Irishman is in his testimonial year with the Caley Jags, having made over 300 appearances since initially moving to Inverness on loan in January 2011.

The move was made permanent that summer, and Doran's spell at Inverness will stretch to over 12 years after he put pen-to-paper on a one-year extension, tying him to the club until at least 2023.

The 31-year-old follows club captain Sean Welsh in signing a new deal, with their previous contracts set to expire this summer.

More contract news is expected from Inverness later today.
