Caley Thistle's Aaron Doran has signed a new two-year deal.

CALEY Thistle have announced a triple signing boost - while Aberdeen have snapped up their on-loan striking star Miles Storey.

The Highlanders have agreed a new two-year deal for wide midfielder Aaron Doran, with an additional one-year option for the club.

Doran (25) played just one game because of a knee injury, but will return fresh for pre-season, while 24-year-old ex-Hibs defender/midfielder Lewis Horner will hope this chance to push him towards more game time, having made 18 appearances in the season just finished.

Forward Fisher (25), who was snapped up in January after leaving Torquay United, played just three times for the club before suffering an ankle injury.

Defender Lewis Horner has inked an one-year contract, while striker Alex Fisher has a six-month deal, with a one-year option for ICT.

Other players with offers out to them at present are midfielder Iain Vigurs and goalkeeper Owain Fon Williams.

In addition, we have those from our existing under-20s squad who we’re proud to see making the step up to the first-team squad with their first pro contracts. They are Ali Sutherland, Cammy Mackay and Jason Brown.

ICT also confirmed the latest additions to the under-20s squad who were introduced to the fans ahead of the 4-0 win against Dundee last weekend. They are Stephen Foster, Ryan McRitchie, Liam MacDonald and Keir Smith.

Premiership runners-up Aberdeen announced that 22-year-old Storey, who scored 13 goals for Caley Thistle last season whole on loan from Swindon Town, will become their player when his deal there expires on June 30.

A Caley Jags statement on Storey said: "Due to Miles Storey’s age and the transfer regulations we were unable to speak, or make an offer, to him until very recently. The club made the best offer we could, but Miles has decided that his future lies elsewhere."

ICT recently announced they are hoping to make two pre-contract captures, which today has been described as "work in progress".

The club statement added: "As promised, we bring you up to date on where we are with player recruitment for the coming season. We had hoped to have at least some of these in place sooner so we could have included a word from the players, but we'll do that as soon as they are back from their summer break."
