Darts duo prove they make a fine pair to win Inverness Mixed Doubles

They defeated Derek Maclean and Hollie Ridgers in the final.

The semi-finalists were Nicky Denoon and Courtney McBain with Jamie Fraser and Jackie Kelly.

This year’s Inverness Doubles champions are Nicky Denoon and Derek Maclean, playing for Portland A and Battlefield Bullies respectively, after their win in the final over Battlefield Bullies duo Richard Boyd and Steve Brough.

The champions have now won this title three times each but this is their first win as a partnership.

The semi-finalists were Portland A pair James Fraser and Chris Birrell along with Jim Newlands and Andrew Davidson from Still Game.
