An Inverness athlete is heading to the Commonwealth Games to compete in the paratriathlon.

Karen Darke has already had success at previous Paralympics, winning silver in London and gold in Rio in the handcycling time trial.

But now her focus has moved to three disciplines in the triathlon, where the women’s wheelchair category is making its debut.
