Skipper Mel MacDonald opened the scoring with a long-range strike, before Joy Darrah marked her first start with a goal to make it 2–0.

Inverness could not quite pull away, though, as Orkney scored either side of another MacDonald strike from distance, before Simone Coles made it 4–2 at the interval.

Again, Orkney reduced the deficit to a single goal, but this time Inverness were able to seal the win through Jayne Morrison and Megan Finlay.

ICT now head into their summer break.
