Coll Donaldson admits Inverness Caledonian Thistle’s defence is on high alert for the visit of voracious goalscorer Stephen Dobbie – but feels ready for the challenge.

Veteran Dobbie, 35, has tucked away a remarkable 21 goals in 13 matches this season, failing to score in only three outings.

Caley Thistle defender Donaldson, though, is no stranger to the former Rangers, Hibs and Swansea striker’s talents having helped subdue him in all four clashes last season.

The Dumfries men managed to net just once against John Robertson’s side in two defeats and two draws, but Dobbie drew a blank every time.
