Ross Sutherland get back to match action this weekend when they travel north to take on Caithness in their first pre-season friendly.

It will be a tough challenge to welcome the Stags back, as Caithness won promotion to National Three last season – meaning they are now two leagues above Ross Sutherland.

But head coach John Mann says that he hopes the tie will prove to be an inspiration for his squad for where they can get to, as well as the normal tactical and fitness building.

"I think putting yourself against a national side is always good to try and do," Mann said.
