The businessman who previously served almost 12 years on the board between 2001 and 2013, following spells as a player at Inverness Thistle, Caley Thistle and as a player manager at Clachnacuddin.

Speaking on the appointment, chairman Ross Morrison said: “Graeme rarely misses a game at Caledonian Stadium and his previous experience within the Scottish game.

"His business connections within Inverness and the Highlands and Islands will prove invaluable to the club.

"In truth, there has basically been an open invitation for Graeme to join the executive board for numerous years.

"But Graeme was fairly stretched throughout that period with his own business commitments and of course we also had the pandemic.

"But his love of the club is unquestionable and I am looking forward to working with him and I know our CEO is too.”

Speaking about rejoining the board said: “ I wanted to come back and help the club, especially in the difficult financial challenges which the pandemic brought and of course, the current cost of living crisis we are all going through together.

"I am looking forward re-joining the ICT Board of Directors.

"I am sure I can make a positive contribution to the club again and I am looking forward to doing exactly that.”
