Clachnacuddin are through to the third round of the Scottish Youth Cup after a 1-0 win over Elgin City.

Cameron Neville scored the only of the game in the 57th minute to give Lilywhites victory at Grant Street Park.

There was disappointment for Inverness Caledonian Thistle who were knocked out of the competition after a 2-1 defeat to St Johnstone at the Caledonian Stadium.

St Johnstone took the lead after seven minutes through Joe Ellison, but Keith Bray equalised 11 minutes into the second half.

But Adam McMillan scored nine minutes from time to send St Johnstone into the next round.
