Award-winning Bradley's royal record target

Ewen Bradley has been named the Scottish Highland Games’ professional circuit athlete of the year.

The 19-year-old from Inverness was the runner up for the award in 2017, but has gone one better after an impressive season to clinch the trophy this time round.

It was a hard earned award for Bradley this year, and he had to keep extremely busy to do it – competing across 35 different Highland Games and over 200 events this year.

But that has clearly paid off in terms of Bradley’s development, as he managed to break two records this year – one in the 90 metres, and one in the long jump.

He looks back on those moments as some of his highlights of the year, but Bradley has already set his sights on breaking more in 2019.
