Andrew Baird completed a dominant North Cross Country League season by making it five wins out of five to claim the under-11 boys’ championship.

The Ross County Athletics Club athlete celebrated double success when along with team mates Rory Aburrow, Struan Ellen, Andrew Maclennan, Sam Maclean and George Ross they took the team trophy after a closely contested battle with Inverness Harriers.

Ross County celebrated further success in the under-17 men’s category when Danny McPake, Kyle Sutherland and Alex Ellen took the team title.

McPake also picked up joint individual third place in the under-17 section.

Adam MacLellan was third place in the under-20 men’s competition to round off an impressive season for the club.
