Three-horse race at top of Inverness Summer Darts League as Portland A, Seaforth and East End Arrows all remain in contention

It is getting exciting at the top of the A League in the City Taxis Inverness Summer Darts League as three teams are currently battling it out for supremacy.

Portland A’s lead at the pinnacle was cut last week as they travelled to Nairn to face the Seaforth Club and came back with a hard earned 6–6 draw.

They are now one point ahead of the Seaforth and East End Arrows, who were idle last week.

Tarradale got back to winning ways with an 8–4 victory over Innes Bar, matched by Battlefield Bullies against Still Game.

Innes Power maintained their 100 per cent record and moved to the top of the B League with a 10–2 victory against rivals Innes Spikeys.

Culloden Moor Inn continue to challenge, two points adrift of the leaders despite not playing.

Newly promoted Raigmore took a 9–3 win over Innes X and stay in fourth place in the championship.

147 Buddies remain the pace-setters in the C League and their 11–1 win against Clachnaharry sees them top the table by two points.

SoBar Pirates moved joint-fourth after a 7–5 win over Keppoch Belles.

There will be an open singles and doubles tournament at the Keppoch Inn on Saturday June 25, register by 1pm.

Tonight’s matches

A League – Portland A v East End Arrows, Tarradale v Seaforth Club, Battlefield Bullies v Innes Bar.

B League – Innes X v Castle Street Elite, Innes Spikeys v Raigmore.

C League – Maleia’s v Keppoch Belles, Clachnaharry v SoBar Pirates, Raging Storm Raigmore v Buddies.
