Inverness woman who kicked police officer admits assault

Her sentence has been deferred for a background report.
Sally Johnstone (57) of Birch Brae Drive, Inverness, pleaded guilty to the assault which took place in the course of a journey from Blackpark Filling Station in Clachnaharry Road to Birch Brae Drive on March 11.
Johnstone will appear again at Inverness Sheriff Court on September 15.
