Four taken to hospital after A835 collision prompts Highland police appeal for witnesses and dash-cam footage

FOUR people were taken to hospital after a two-vehicle trunk road crash in the Highlands which has prompted a police appeal for witnesses.

Roads policing officers are appealing for information following the crash yesterday evening near Braemore on the A835.

Police were called to a report of a crash involving two cars on the A835 around 6.55pm.

Four people were taken to Raigmore Hospital for treatment.

Sergeant Doug Scott said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing for anyone who was in the area and who witnessed the crash to get in touch.

“I would also appeal to anyone who was driving in the area and who may have dash-cam footage which could assist our investigation to contact us."

Anyone who can help is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 3131 of Friday, 10 February, 2023.
