The weather forecast for Inverness is looking favourable for tomorrow's Hogmanay celebrations.

It is likely to be overcast or cloudy, with a 10 per cent chance of precipitation, between 2pm and midnight in the Highland capital.

Currently there are two weather warnings for the Highlands – one for ice and the other for wind – but they are both due to expire by 11am tomorrow.
