WATCH: Will you be celebrating the Coronation this weekend?

WE asked people in Inverness whether they will be watching and celebrating the coronation this weekend.

Whilst some will tune in and watch part of it, other have criticised the spending on the ceremony and consider it an "outdated tradition".

" I think it's a total waste of money, it's out of the real world ad the money could be better spent, " said one of the interviewees.

Others agreed that the ceremony will cost a lot of taxpayers' money.

"I am looking forward to how Charles will modernize the monarchy," said Ian, who will watch part of the ceremony.

Tommy also said he will watch at least "the main parts" of the .

"The money could be spent on homeless and hungry people," said Cathy.
