WATCH: Proud Inverness College UHI lecturer encourages students to keep smiling with Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell's Ain't No Mountain High Enough

AN Inverness College UHI lecturer is using a 1960s classic to encourage his pupils to keep smiling and keep grafting.

A TikTok video shows him lip syncing and dancing to Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell's Ain't No Mountain High Enough.

There are messages of support to students who have been learning at home due to the coronavirus pandemic.

They included: "I'm proud of you all."

It was shared on Twitter by the college's building technology department which stated: "Lecturers are always here for a chat."
