Inverness youngsters received a visit from a giant of Scottish tennis this morning as Judy Murray brought the Battle of the Brits community roadshow to the Highland capital.

Murray led a session at Inverness Gaelic Primary School in a continued effort to expand the sport's reach to youngsters across the country, while also answering some questions from the primary three and primary four pupils.

She then moved on to Inverness Royal Academy in the afternoon, where more pupils – including members of Bellfield Park Tennis Club – took part in a session.

It also ties in with the Battle of the Brits event in Aberdeen next month, which will feature both Andy and Jamie Murray representing Team Scotland against England's Jack Draper and Dan Evans.

The event is supporting charity Maggie's, which provides help, advice and support to cancer sufferers and their families.
