Highland woman of inspiration gives poignant speech when collecting award

The Highland Business Women Awards 2023 was a poignant evening, celebrating female entrepreneurship across the region.

Isobel Grigor, the chief executive of Calman Trust won the woman of inspiration category, after being nominated by her colleagues.

She gave an emotive and powerful speech about the changes that have taken place in the last 25 years.
