NHS Highland is encouraging heart patients to join the Football Fans In Training scheme.

The organisation has posted a video on social media channels which explains how it works.

A spokesman said: "Football Fans In Training is a fun, free, sociable way for women and men to exercise and improve their health with one of the north’s biggest football clubs."

It was run by Inverness Caledonian Thistle Community Development and was suitable for cardiac rehabilitation patients. He added: "It could help you on the road to recovery."
