WATCH: Nine fire appliances at large gorse and forest fire in Moray

NINE fire appliances are dealing with a gorse and forest fire at Thomshill, near Elgin.

The call came in to the Scottish Fire and Rescue Services just after 2pm this afternoon.

A fire spokeswoman confirmed that nine appliances from across Moray and the Highlands have been called to the blaze.

It is not yet clear how wide an area the fire has affected.
