Two drumming brothers joined last night's clap for carers event in Smithton.

Michael Mackay, who is 14 years old, together with his 16-year-old brother Craig entertained everyone who had left their Smithton Park homes at 8pm last night.

They were spotted by George Maclennan, who shot this video, who said: "The boys have been out every week at 8pm.

"They are a credit to our local community, and the younger generation. They give everyone a lift, every week."

Laura Dillon, their mother, praised the video and said: "Wow, this is brilliant for the boys. They are raising money for the Highland Hospice alongside a piper from the Black Isle and are posting videos on their Facebook page – The Three Buskateers)."
