A video, posted on YouTube showing Inverness in its winter colours has been shared by a furloughed restaurant general manager.

Matthew Bohdaniec (31), who is normally behind the warm welcome at The Mustard Seed, has been making incredible videos as part of his Monkey Air TV channel to help people cope with the pandemic.

Mr Bohdaniec, from Slackbuie, said that making and sharing his videos along with specially chosen music was in a bid to allow people to take a moment to switch off from all around them.

He said: "Professionally, I am the Mustard Seed restaurant's general manager, but thanks to lockdown, I took my photography to the next level by completing some online courses, including my drone pilot A2CofC qualification.

"I admit that I find this second lockdown extremely difficult and learning online and keeping my head busy with my channel and Facebook page helps me a lot."

After the Inverness Courier posted Mr Bohdaniec first video, he said: "Your review boosted my views but most importantly motivated me a lot.

"There will be more videos and photos to help people stay positive in this challenging and surreal world."
