The newly refurbished and reopened Victorian Market food hall in Inverness is to get a rare addition in a new sushi restaurant.

The home-delivery service Sushi Inverness is to open its own premises at the market having developed beyond its home base amid growing demand.

On top of that an old favourite of the market – model railway – going back many years is also set to make a return.

Sushi Inverness has earmarked an opening date of early December and marks the first time the market is more than half occupied since it opened in September.
