UPDATE: Traffic flowing again following earlier crash on A835 west of Dingwall, says Traffic Scotland

TRAFFIC is flowing again on the A835 following an earlier crash near Dingwall.

Traffic Scotland issued the update at 3.42pm after an earlier crash west of the Maryburgh roundabout initially left the road "restricted in both directions".

It first reported the crash at 2.26pm, at which point it said emergency services were in attendance. However there was no initial word as to the number of vehicles involved or if there were any injuries.

Police Scotland has been approached for information.
