UPDATE: Inverness teenager is 'safe and well' after reported missing

The public have been thanked for helping track down an Inverness teenager who was reported missing.

Police were seeking information to help them find 17-year-old McKenzie Cochrane who has been reported missing from Old Perth Road, Inverness, since 1pm on Sunday.

Last night a spokesman stated: "We are pleased to report that McKenzie Cochrane (17), recently reported missing, has been traced safe and well.

"Thank you to those who shared the post."
