An Inverness man who was reported missing yesterday morning has been tracked down "safe and well".

Police had issued an appeal for help to trace Lee Dyce (36) after he was reported missing from the city's Wells Street area.

The force thanked the public for their help.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said on social media: "Lee Dyce (36), who had been missing from Inverness since Tuesday, has been traced safe and well.

"Thank you for your comments and shares."
