UPDATE: Convoy system in place on A82 between Drumnadrochit and Inverness after incident involving HGV

A convoy system is now in place on the A82 after an articulated lorry came off the road between Inverness and Dochfour around 11am.

Lengthy detours had been in place in the immediate aftermath.

It is understood no one was injured in the incident but both north and southbound motorists faced lengthy diversions in the aftermath.
