UPDATE: A9 reopens following crash south of Newtonmore

The A9 has reopened in both directions this morning following a crash between Dalwhinnie and Etteridge.

Part of the road was closed in both directions for around several hours following the collision. The road closure was reported by Traffic Scotland at just after 8pm yesterday.

It reported the area was 'clear' at 4.44am today.

It is unclear if anyone was injured in the crash.
