Police officers have thanked the public after a 16-year-old girl was found 'safe and well' after being reported missing from Inverness.

An appeal was issued after Danielle Cameron had been missing since 11pm on Saturday from the Old Perth Road area.

A force spokesman said: "Danielle Cameron has been found safe and well.

"Thanks to all who engaged with our appeal."
