When an Inverness businessman was looking for inspiration to re-name his chippie he turned to his boxing hero.

Serdar Yavuz runs the Chipsy King in Woodside Village in Westhill and he said it is a play on the nickname of Tyson Fury – who is better known as the Gypsy King.

And Mr Yavuz is no stranger to puns as the business was previously known as The Cod Father and that name still lives on in Milton of Leys.

The name change was in September and the fish and chip shop recently featured in a tweet by the BTR Boxing Podcast Network which said he had "nailed it with their dedication to Tyson Fury".

Mr Yavuz said: "I am a big fan and I just love everything about the guy. He is the coolest guy, his boxing style is unique and he is a Gypsy as well."
