Two vehicles in crash on the A862 near Inverness

Police were called to the scene of an accident on Clachnaharry Road earlier this morning.

The incident involving a Renault van and a Volkswagen Polo is believed to have occurred near the railway bridge shortly after 7.25am.

An ambulance attended but there were no serious injuries.

Delays are likely until the scene is cleared.
