We are delighted that the firm have been recognised at a number of highly prestigious industry awards.
Firstly, our busy property team have been short-listed in the Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2023, as the Residential Sales Team of the Year.
This is a fitting reward for the team, recognising the dedication and service which they have provided to property sellers throughout the Highlands over many years, with the department embracing new technology, such as virtual tours, personal video tours, drone footage and aerial photography, along with the personal service and attention to detail that we have always provided.
The team continues to lead the way among solicitor estate agents in the local property market, selling over £33 million of property last year!
Our residential lettings team are also celebrating their short-listing as residential letting team of the year at the Herald Property Awards, and this is a well-deserved recognition of the team’s professional and modern service, provided to their many landlord clients. The short-listing recognises the team’s innovative approach to the sector, to include the increasing range of service options which they are able to provide to clients, to include a buy-to-let service, a property inspection service, a tenant-finder service, tenant referencing, a rent collection service and a compliance work service, together with the traditional full factoring service offered to their landlords.
It is this forward-thinking approach, to ensure that they are offering their clients as flexible a service as possible, that we are sure has caught the judges’ attention.
In what is a triple celebration, the firm are also delighted that our residential conveyancing team have been short-listed in the Scottish Legal Awards 2023. Our residential conveyancing team is one of the largest and most specialised teams based in the north of Scotland, providing expert residential conveyancing advice to clients on a full range of matters, all tailored to our clients’ individual needs.
The last year has seen the team increasing their client base and expanding their geographic area, to provide an enhanced service throughout the Highlands, whilst maintaining an exceptionally high level of service for our clients.
The awards ceremonies are to be held on September 28 and 29 and we wish all of our teams the best of luck.
