Man and two teens appear at Inverness Sheriff Court accused of assault following disturbance in city's Clava Road

A 21-YEAR-old man appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court with two 15-year-old boys following a disturbance in the city's Clava Road at the weekend.

Daniel Stewart and the two teenagers – who cannot be named for legal reasons – faced multiple charges including assault to severe injury, assault to severe injury and robbery, and assault and attempted robbery.

They made no plea, were committed for further examination and released on bail.
