Scottish folk singer songwriter Hannah Rarity was the artist featured in June when Croy Live returned after the Covid lockdowns – and Hannah had her album To Have You Near – which went on to be nominated for album of the year in the Scots Trad Awards – out that month too.

Asked by the awards about future plans, Hannah revealed: "I was tempted to pack it all in before things started getting better this year post-Covid, but releasing the album and gigging this summer has reminded me why I chose to do this – and to keep going."

Alison Mackenzie, who organises the Croy Live events, said: "I am just finalising events for 2023 and I'm pleased to say the following musicians will be performing – on dates yet to be confirmed – Tim Edey and Ross Ainslie, Saltfishforty, Ingrid Henderson and Iain MacFarlane, Graham Mackenzie (he will have a new album out), Lauren MacColl and Ewan Macpherson and of course 2023's Celtic Christmas at Croy!

"I am delighted these musicians are coming to Croy Hall and hope the audience numbers will be good for them at each event."
