Police in Inverness hunt thieves who stole an orange and black Carrera mountain bike from a garden on Benula Road

Police in Inverness are appealing for information after a mountain bike was stolen in the city.

During the evening of July 19 the orange and black Carrera mountain bike was removed from a garden on Benula Road.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: "The bike is described as having a back mudguard, the back wheel has a blue rim with red sparkie tape on the bar at the rear of the bike. There is also red tape on the handle bars."

Anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 or anonymously on 0800 555 111 and quote incident number 0164 of 20/07/21.
