Tesco Extra in Inshes has given food, electronics and toiletries to nearby Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.
Radios, fruit, treats, meals, breakfast bars, shower gels, shampoos and moisturisers are among the donations for wards 7A / GC / GA and ITU.
It comes as medics are battling the coronavirus pandemic.
