A ROAD section south of Inverness will be temporarily closed to traffic to allow for the inspection of a railway bridge on Tuesday (August 15) next week.

Highland Council has announced that a temporary traffic prohibition will be in place on the B9154 Daviot to Dalmagarry Road via Moy from 10pm until 6am on the following day.

The closure will be located just north of the private access leading to Moy Wind Farm to a point south of a private far/land access.

This is to allow the inspection of the railway bridge.

The prohibition will apply also to pedestrians and cyclists.
