Teenagers in Nairn are standing in solidarity with peaceful vigils being held across the globe to protest about the treatment of black people in the USA.

Responding to the injustice of the death of George Floyd who was allegedly murdered by a US police officer – the group of six young people has doubled in size since Monday.

A young photographer, known as SiD from Nairn, captured the moment on a camera phone, before posting it on social media.

It is understood the group will meet again tomorrow to continue to offer their support.
