TRAIN services running to and from Inverness will be disrupted due to a fault with the signalling system, a train operator has warned.

Scotrail has announced that services will likely cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected to last until around 2pm today.

Other issues have been reported at Perth following heavy rain flooding the railway, which will affect travel between Glasgow Queen Street and Inverness, as well as the 12.48 Inverness to Edinburgh service which will be terminated at Pitlochry.

More information and updates can be found at scotrail.co.uk or on Twitter @ScotRail.
