POLICE are at the scene of an oil spill which was reported just before 11am on the A939 Nairn-Grantown road.

A Police Scotland spokesman said the road was not closed but motorists are being urged to take care.

He said the spillage happened just beyond the Highland Council recycling centre and continues for about a mile towards Grantown.

More will follow.
