The Ironworks music venue in Inverness is appealing for pictures and videos of people's fond memories of their special moments there as the count down to closure draws closer.
On social media, the organisers say: "As we approach the end of our time at 122b Academy Street, we are sitting in the office reminiscing, looking through old photos and videos from gig memories from over the years.
"What amazing times we've had!"
Then they say – "We would love to see your memories.."
Many musicians played the venue a lot over the years as their careers began to take off – everyone from singer songwriter Amy Macdonald to Scottish rockers Twin Atlantic, instantly spring to mind.
And another act whose Highland gigs were part of their earliest first gigs to headlining festivals across the world – including Glastonbury and their own series of Gentleman of the Road Stopovers, which brought them back to the Highlands and Aviemore – were Mumford & Sons.
The Ironworks' post shares a picture of one of the venue's unforgettable moments "to start us off" – "The ticket queue for Mumford & Sons back in March 2011!"
So many huge names have almost lifted the roof off the Ironworks over the years – Kasabian, Mogwai, The Darkness, most recently The Snuts – with a little help from the venue's very special audiences!
Now Team Ironworks is asking to share some of those precious memories: "If you have any you would like to share with us please comment with your photos / videos on Facebook, or email: office@ironworksvenue.com
