Inverness city centre road closures announced for Scottish Water sewer repairs

Two Inverness city centre thoroughfares will be closed to traffic for three nights next week.

Vehicles will be unable to use Union Street and part of Church Street overnight from Monday July 17 until the morning of Thursday July 20.

The roads will be closed from 7pm to 6am each night.

The closure is for essential Scottish Water sewer repairs.

A Highland Council spokesman confirmed pedestrian access to homes and businesses on both streets would be unaffected.
