A Scotland-wide tour to promote the benefits of yoga concluded in Nairn.

The Highland Yoga Collective hosted an open day at its studio, in Acre Street, with a visit from the Scottish Yoga Conference.

It featured free classes, including kundalini and vinyasa practices, by local teacher Robin Manson plus classes from the conference’s Katrino.

Studio owner Fiona Palmer said: "The Scottish Yoga Conference coming to the studio was massively important to me.

"As a studio owner in a small town in the Highlands, it was great to see how the whole of Scotland is being represented."

The Highland Yoga Collective also had a stall at the Nairn Farmer’s Market.

Ms Palmer said: "Getting to promote the studio was great."
