Scottish UFC star Chris Duncan visited popular Inverness mixed martial arts gym HMAC last night to host a seminar for the gym and its members.

The seminar was run for two hours from 6pm-8pm.

It consisted of demonstrations where Duncan would occasionally invite a member of the gym of any age to come and participate in one-on-one drills and sparring.

A total of 55 people, aged from 11-50, attended the session.

Duncan currently boasts a professional record of 11 wins and one loss, and is currently undefeated in the UFC having won his only two fights to date by decision.

Owner of HMAC gym in Inverness and former Cage Warriors world champion Ross Houston, has formed a close relationship with the man nicknamed 'The Problem' over the years, and described Duncan as "a great lad and a good friend".

Duncan has visited Inverness multiple times previously to train with Houston, whom he met around seven years ago, but this was the first seminar he has held at the gym.

The session was met with high acclaim, and all owners and members of the Inverness MMA gym would love to welcome the UFC lightweight contender back.

Houston added: "They all absolutely loved it. He provided some great striking tips which the team will take on board and put into action for sure!"

HMAC has seen a lot of success since its rebranding in 2019, and continues to grow with the sport of MMA.
